LBK Community Voting of the Quarterfinals of the LoL Worlds #Worlds2019
Dear LBank Users:
Recently we have had an intense discussion about the S9 Season of League of Legends World Championships in the LBank community. In order to actively respond to the call of the LBK community and strive to practice the construction of the ecological community, from October 12th, we will help S9 Season of League of Legends World Championships and support the team we like. All community members who successfully predict the 8 teams of the Quarterfinals can gain BTC rewards.
Voting Time: From Oct. 12th 20:00 to Oct.20th 20:00 (UTC+8)

Group A: G2 GRF C9 HKA (Oct.12th 20:00 — Oct.18th 21:00)
Group B: JT GAM FPX SPY (Oct.12th 20:00 — Oct.17th 21:00)
Group C: CG SKT FNC RNG (Oct.12th 20:00 — Oct.19th 20:00)
Group D: TL AHQ IG DWG (Oct.12th 20:00 — Oct.20th 20:00)

Evaluation Criteria: The official list of Top 8 published by LOL shall prevail (Each group Top 2 teams move through to the Quarterfinal stage)

Rewards: 8 BTC basic reward + 0.5 BTC bonus reward for each team which receives more than 10,000,000 LBK votes.
Award and Division Standard:
1. The basic total rewards of each promoted team is 1 BTC. According to the users voting time and the proportion of the total voting number, the reward will be divided to the voting supporters.
2. As the Votes of each promoted team increase by 10,000,000 LBK, the reward for each team will increase by 0.5 BTC. There is no upper limit.
The division of the voting reward will be calculated by the following formula = total rewards amount * (voting number * LBK lockup date) / (daily total increased voting number * LBK lockup date). The earlier the vote is, the higher the weighting and higher the reward.
For example, on the first day, Ming invests 100 LBK to support Team A of Group A, the total voting amount at 20:00 of the first day is 10,000. On the second day, Ming invests 200 LBK, the total increased voting amount at 20:00 of the second day is 10,000. On the sixth day, Ming invests 50 LBK, the total increased voting amount at 20:00 of the sixth day is 10,000. At same time, the deadline of voting for Team A is Oct.18th, the total vote amount is 31,000,000, and finally Team A is promoted to the quarterfinals of the competition. Ming can get the reward of = 2.5BTC*｛（100*6）+（200*5）+（50*1）)｝/｛（10000*6）+（10000*5）+（10000*1）｝.
Tips: The LBK locked in the voting will be counted by the snapshot position, which calculates the release speed of the LBK token. The dynamic release speed of LBK will no longer be slowed by voting lockup.
Notes:
- Users should vote for the team you like before the deadline of voting time, and after that, the voting is invalid, and cannot count into the reward. The total minimum reward is 8 BTC, and each promoted team that receives over 10,000,000 LBK votes can receive an additional 0.5 BTC reward to be shared with voters, with no upper limit.
- This voting is limited to LBK assets used by the registered users of LBank. Users can vote for any team you like, and there is no upper limit for single voting.
- LBK used for voting is frozen during the activity and will be returned one day after the voting. At the same time, the voting rewards will be given out one day after the voting.
- 8 teams will be promoted in this S9 Season of League of Legends World Championships. We will share with the voters at least 1 BTC for division reward. For teams which voting amount is greater than 10 million LBK, they will receive an extra 0.5BTC to share as a reward. This part of the reward is shared based on the users voting time and the proportion of total voting number of the shortlisted team, to be divided to the voting supporters.
- If there is cheating or illegal activities, we will cancel the relevant voters reward directly.
