To benefit LBK community, LBank will launch TTT Special Sale on August 3, 2020 (UTC+8). This round of sale will sell TTT with a total value of 300,000 USDT equivalent. The details are as follows.
Subscription Time: 16:00–18:00 on August 3, 2020 (UTC+8).
Subscription Supply: 93,371 TTT
Subscription Token: USDT
Subscription Mode: Everyone can participate (weighted average).
Participation Condition: Users need to complete the KYC verification. LBK holdings amount ≥ 10,000 LBK.
Trading Open: TTT/USDT trading pair will be launched at 16:00 on August 4.
Subscription Ratio: 3.213 USDT/TTT
Maximum Subscription Amount: 4000 USDT per person.
TTT 101 Repurchase: TTT commits to a “101 repurchase period” within 72 hours of the launch of the transaction. The repurchase shall be conducted by placing orders on the secondary market at 101% of the selling price,i.e. 3.24513 USDT.
Repurchase Cycle: 08.04 16:00–08.07 16:00 (UTC+8)

Subscription Result:
LBank will announce the subscription result in two hour after the subscription activity. The USDT used for subscription will be deducted. The actual subscription amount will be calculated within 2 hour and the following processing will be completed:
- Deducted the USDT used in the subscription.
- Return the remaining USDT minus the subscription fee.
- Complete the subscription currency calculation.
* All USDT used to pay for the sale will be used for repurchasing LBK and burning.
Calculation Method
Actual Subscription Amount by Users = (Users’ Valid Subscription Amount) / (The Total Subscription Amount) * (The Total Token Amount for Sale on the Current Day)
